Great to meet you!
I am a trauma-informed clinician with deep roots in the New River Valley. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Radford University, where I built a strong foundation in counseling theory, mental-health assessment, and client-centered care. I am currently pursuing my doctorate through Liberty University, expanding my research and clinical focus in the areas of complex trauma, attachment injuries, and nervous-system regulation.
My practice specializes in helping individuals heal from chronic stress, childhood trauma, relational wounds, and patterns shaped by long-term emotional overwhelm. I integrate evidence-based, somatic, and attachment-focused approaches to provide clients with practical tools and a safe, compassionate space to rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships.
