Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by depression, grief, or anger? As a compassionate therapist, I am here to support you through life's challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, cope with loss, and manage anger effectively. Together, we will set realistic goals and identify your unique strengths to foster resilience and personal growth. My friendly, professional approach creates a safe space for you to explore your feelings and develop practical strategies. You don't have to face these difficulties alone; let's work together to find clarity, healing, and renewed hope on your journey toward well-being.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths as a provider? I am open, I am easy-going, and professional. My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to listen actively and empathetically, my strong communication skills, and my genuine desire to help others. I am also adept at creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, and I have a diverse set of therapeutic techniques and approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, you can expect to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I am going to attempt to explore the issue that brought you to therapy, its history, and its influence on your life. I like the solution-focused approach, but acknowledge its limitations. This first session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. The first session is about establishing a fit. I believe that it's difficult to be open with someone you don't trust. I try to build trust and relationships in the session.
