Great to meet you!

Motherhood is often marketed as a "glow," but for many, it feels more like a whirlwind of anxiety, exhaustion, and a lost sense of self. I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to not be okay. I am a therapist dedicated to supporting new and expecting mothers through the realities of Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. With a specialized focus on ADHD and Generalized Anxiety, I help women who feel "constantly wired" learn to regulate their nervous systems. We work on managing the mental load of motherhood while honoring the person you are outside of being a mom. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or just plain stuck. I will work with clients to explore family and individual characteristics and dynamics to gain perspective and self-awareness. I also believe in empathetically listening and working together to tackle problems of life together to gain a healthier way of living. My expertise are working with clients struggling with relational issues, ADHD and anxiety. I would love to work with you to help you gave a calmer mindset and have more positive relationships. Make sure to check out my website and schedule! Looking forward to meeting you!
