Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted. With more than 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision because I believe in continually growing as both a clinician and a person. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and one step closer to creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), blending these evidence-based approaches to create a personalized path toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.

Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults, I understand that each stage of life brings its own challenges and opportunities. Together, we'll build on your strengths, navigate obstacles, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward the life you want to live. My goal is to support you in becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify the goals you hope to achieve. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and work with you to develop a personalized plan that supports your growth and overall well-being.
