Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, at your own pace.

With over 12 years of experience, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress. I also support individuals exploring cultural identity and the impact of family and cultural expectations.

My focus is on helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it honors your unique story while also recognizing the shared human need for connection, understanding, and self-awareness. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, so we can move at a pace that feels right for you.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building practical tools that support meaningful change.

I also believe therapy can be both supportive and genuine, and I bring warmth and humor into the space when appropriate to help make the process feel more comfortable and real.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss what you're experiencing in this stage of life, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether I'm the right fit for your needs.

My priority is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of our first session, we'll have a clearer understanding of your goals and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and achievable.
