Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are first-time therapy clients who grew up in emotionally avoidant homes where mental health was never talked about, and now find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, anxiety, emotional suppression, and not following through even when they know what to do.

I’m a Gen Z Latina therapist trained at USC, and my approach is both structured and relatable. We focus on emotional regulation, nervous system healing, routines, sleep, boundaries, and breaking unhealthy patterns. I take a holistic approach because your mind, body, and emotions are all connected.

If you’re ready to do the work outside of therapy and want accountability and real-life tools, we’ll probably work well together.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is active and structured. I come prepared, give you tools you can actually use, and help you apply them in your day to day life. We focus on building confidence, improving communication, and helping you feel more clear and grounded.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about building comfort and clarity. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what you want to shift, and what type of support actually feels good to you. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that fits your personality and pace whether that means structure, reflection, or learning new coping tools. Expect a safe, validating space where growth feels supportive, not forced.
