Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and empowered, and I’ll work with you toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic for your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your individual needs, values, and goals. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns while building practical coping skills, and I draw from other evidence-based modalities as appropriate. Together, we focus on strengthening insight, resilience, and tools you can use beyond the therapy session.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have along the way. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident about moving forward together.
