Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Jazmin, and I work with adults navigating life’s ups and downs — from managing stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges, to coping with grief, depression, and major life changes. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals who are healing from generational or family trauma and learning to show up for themselves in new ways.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, curious, and down-to-earth. I draw from a mix of relational, mindfulness-based, and strengths-focused approaches, always tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. You can expect a space that’s compassionate, collaborative, and focused on real growth — not perfection.

What you can expect from me

My communication style is gentle, non-judgmental, calm, and casual. My primary goal is that my clients feel comfortable, comforted, cared for, and truly listened to. I want therapy to feel like a safe space — one where you can be yourself and feel seen without pressure or pretense.

During our first session, you can expect me to focus on what feels most important to you — what’s been bothering you, how it’s affecting your life, and what you hope can be different. This time is about getting to know you and making sure you feel I’m the right fit for you.
