Great to meet you!

It takes courage to reach out when you’re overwhelmed, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who shows up with compassion, steadiness, and zero judgment. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, and the weight of doing everything for everyone. In our sessions, you’ll have a space where you can breathe, be honest, and feel genuinely seen. My approach is eclectic and tailored to you—focused on helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not one size fits all, and your story deserves more than a generic plan. Together we’ll figure out what actually works for you. Whether you’re so depressed that getting out of bed feels impossible or so anxious it’s like your mind has a hundred tabs open at once, you’ll have a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay. My approach blends evidence‐based strategies with compassion and clarity, helping you build skills that make daily life feel more manageable. We’ll focus on reducing the symptoms that keep you stuck so you can move toward a life that feels calmer, lighter, and more aligned with who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow down and look at your story—where you’ve been, what life feels like right now, and what you’re hoping will feel different. You’ll have space to talk openly without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll start identifying what you need to feel well, what supports your nervous system, and how you can begin treating yourself with more kindness. My role is to guide you, not to keep you dependent. Over time, my hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, equipped with tools you can use long after our work together ends.
