Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals who are navigating life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, mental health challenges, and substance use.

I have experience working with individuals facing complex mental health, medical, and substance use concerns, as well as helping people navigate difficult transitions and connect with resources and support. I draw from a person-centered approach and tailor our work to your individual goals and needs.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, build confidence, and take the next step toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe that every person has their own unique story, strengths, and experiences, and I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify what you need, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know you, understanding your current concerns, and discussing the experiences or challenges that have led you to seek support.

We’ll also talk about your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll listen to what feels most important to you and collaborate with you to identify realistic, meaningful steps toward those goals.

You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My role is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and help you begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. By the end of our first session, I hope you feel heard, understood, and confident that we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
