Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jazmine Diamond Sims, LISW-CP, founder of The Healing Hub LLC. I provide individual therapy designed to help you feel truly seen and empowered. With a background in empowerment-based social work and experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I blend warmth, authenticity, and measurement-informed care to guide you through challenges like anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I believe that while theory is important, therapy should also feel real, personal, and transformative.

My approach to therapy

At The Healing Hub, therapy is a collaborative journey tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're managing anxiety, healing from depression, boosting self-esteem, or navigating adolescence, I provide a warm, authentic space where you can feel seen and heard. My approach is trauma-informed, recognizing the widespread impact of trauma on mental health and prioritizing safety, trust, empowerment, and choice—you’re always in control of your healing process. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge negative thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and resilience, mindfulness to develop present-moment awareness and stress management skills, and strength-based interventions to foster empowerment. Understanding that every person’s journey is different, I personalize therapy to your individual needs and goals to ensure effectiveness. Additionally, I use Measurement-Informed Care (MIC), incorporating regular assessments to track progress and adjust strategies based on your feedback. No matter what you may be going through, my goal is to empower you to heal and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Through a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach, I help clients gain deeper self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, processing trauma, or fostering personal growth, each session is designed to provide clarity, validation, and actionable steps toward healing. My goal is for clients to walk away feeling more in control of their journey, equipped with the confidence and skills to create lasting change.
