Great to meet you!

I’m grateful and excited to join you on your journey of healing, transformation, and personal development. I truly believe that treatment should fit the needs of the person or people being served. For that reason, I take a client-centered approach in our collaborative process to develop a treatment plan that is individualized, safe, and effective for you. I trust you to make the best decisions for yourself, and I’m here to support your growth and progress. I have more than a decade of experience in servicing adults in individual and group settings who have struggled with depression, anxiety, grief, substance use disorders, and challenges in adjusting to life’s changes, and more. I look forward to meeting you soon.
