Great to meet you!

I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College. I dedicated my research to attachment theory, specifically in understanding how our relationships have been impacted by relational trauma & abuse. I also have experience researching & treating individuals who have been harmed by religious trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, but affirming. I believe that one of the most valuable aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I believe in creating an environment that values openness and curiosity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be an exploratory session. This is an opportunity for me as the therapist to learn about your background & areas you hope to address while you are in therapy. In our first session, I hope to create an environment that is warm & inviting. creating a space for you to share what is on your mind.
