Great to meet you!

Bonjour! I am a psychotherapist and a lifelong advocate for healing, hope, and transformation. Educated in both the United States and abroad, I bring a unique blend of cultural insight and professional expertise to my work. As a licensed therapist and ordained minister, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to rise above adversity. My work bridges the emotional, spiritual, and social dimensions of human growth, offering my voice to restore what trauma tried to silence. I have devoted my life to tending wounds both visible and invisible. In pulpits and counseling rooms, I speak life into broken places and bear witness to a truth undimmed by time — believing that brokenness can be healed and hope is liberating.

My approach to therapy

I utilize person-centered therapeutic techniques, individualizing the experience for every person I encounter. In choosing me for your counseling needs, be assured that excellent service will be provided from the beginning to the end.

What you can expect from me

Clients walk into a space that feels calm and intentional. Expect gentle questions. Expect curiosity, not judgment. Expect room for you to say, “I don’t know,” because that’s often where the real work begins.
