I have worked with unique and diverse clients in a variety of settings. Primary focus has been on trauma related issues and anxiety. Have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ population, couples and families and those impacted by criminality.
I pride myself on being genuine, keeping things simple, and making people comfortable in the therapy process. Therapy is not rocket science, it is simply meant to create change. It does not have to be difficult or painful.
