Great to meet you!

I'm Jean, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor serving New Jersey with 16 years of experience. I believe we heal better together, and I bring real compassion and practical tools to every session, whether you're working through substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, or family conflict. I'd love to meet you.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Family Focused Therapy, shaped around what you're carrying, whether that's substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or strain in your relationships. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and take my cues from what you're struggling with that day. Together we build on your existing strengths, look at the patterns that may be holding you back, and create realistic, manageable strategies for your daily life, your relationships, and your recovery, so change actually sticks.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we'll talk through what brought you here, whether it's substance use, family stress, grief, anxiety, or relationship strain, and start building a plan that fits your life. I'm here as a steady, nonjudgmental presence: a guide, a listening ear, and a partner in your recovery and growth. Together, we'll work toward healing, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling future.
