Great to meet you!

As a dedicated psychiatric provider, I am committed to creating a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that every individual’s story is unique, and I work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your personal needs, goals, and lived experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and open communication. Together, we will explore the challenges affecting your well-being while building on your strengths to support healing, growth, and lasting positive change.

Your voice matters and I look forward to being part of your journey toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you in for care. I will ask questions about your medical history, current concerns, and personal goals so I can better understand your experiences and how they are impacting your well-being.

This session is also your opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re comfortable with, and tell me what you are hoping to achieve through treatment. Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your needs.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and confident that you have a partner in your mental health journey.
