Great to meet you!

I started counseling as an Addictions Counselor in 2011 and received my FL Counseling license in 2015. I have worked in private practices and worked one year in the Collier County School District and part time for Catholic Charities in the Lee County School District. I currently hold a certificate in Trauma. I use a variety of modalities from CBT, DBT, Solutions-Focused Therapy, ACT, IFS and Reality Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is about creating a professional relationship that is comfortable and helpful to your goals and therapeutic needs. I believe that each person has the potential to better his or her life on the inside and/or on the outside. I can’t make the changes for you but can provide you with the insight and mental tools to realize positive changes in your life. I believe that small steps, tried in your life, even if uncomfortable, lead to insight and courage for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that when you leave each session you feel hopeful and relieved with a better sense of clarity.
