Great to meet you!

As a therapist and spiritual counselor, I specialize in working with female clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety, antagonistic relationships, and unresolved trauma. Whether you’re dealing with a breakup, a challenging relationship with a partner or family member, or struggling to handle the pressures of today's world, please know that you're not alone. It is possible to experience confidence and gain peace and happiness in your life.

My approach to therapy

With 20+ years of experience as a psychotherapist, spiritual guide, and yoga and meditation instructor, I take a wholistic and strengths-based approach to help my clients resolve difficult relational patterns and find stress relief. As a certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician, I help clients recover from betrayal and loss, and build the skills necessary to feel confident and happy in relationships and in life again.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe and welcome environment for you to share your story and your struggles, and together we determine your goals for therapy. I offer a unique and collaborative approach tailored to your needs and interests; interventions can include: talk therapy, guided meditation, body-based awareness practices and interpersonal skill-building practices. My clients frequently report that therapy helps them feel empowered and motivated to pursue positive changes in their lives.
