Jean Gray

I graduated with my MSW from Edinboro University. I’ve spent my professional life being a part of the helping relationship. I have had the opportunity to work at a forensic unit, domestic violence shelter, addiction facility, and as a clinical program director for an adolescent facility. I value learning from my clients as well as sharing the knowledge I have gained.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Structural Family Therapy, Duluth Model, Moral Reconation Therapy.

My clients will have the opportunity to increase coping skills, learn that their strength is within their emotions and tears, increase asking for their needs to be met, and learn to have a voice and utilize their strengths.
