Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of empathy and the importance of providing a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. As a therapist with Master's degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Pennsylvania and training in EMDR for trauma recovery, I offer skilled support tailored to your needs. With a personal understanding of the complexities of cultural identity, particularly for immigrants and people of color, I'm committed to helping you find your path to greater mental health and more peace and contentment.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach, using a variety of research-backed techniques such as psychodynamic therapy, CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness based therapy, and EMDR to create a personalized therapy experience. We’ll delve into your family history to gain valuable insights, and work together to set and achieve meaningful goals. I have years of experience supporting adults struggling with intimate relationships and family of origin issues. Additionally, I’m passionate about helping college and graduate students, those who are dealing with anxiety/depression, complex trauma, as well as those who desire to explore the influence of cultural and ethnic identity on their mental health.

What you can expect from me

I will provide great empathy and a place where you will be challenged but also supported to the fullest.
