Great to meet you!

I offer professional Counseling for adult individuals (adult and teens), as well as couples, facing a variety of challenges. Whether you’re looking for support for trauma recovery, chemical dependency, abandonment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or other concerns, I would be honored to help you find tools to overcome your trials. I am here to be a landing spot, a safe place, and an encouraging person for you. My hope is to assist you in processing any pain, trauma, or wounds that are burdening you and to help you identify what is most important for you to pursue going forward in life.

I am passionate about working with people who've gone through major life struggles. I will listen to your story with care and compassion as you share whatever is on your mind and heart. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, emotionally available approach as we seek to determine which tools will best serve you in your current circumstances.

My goal is to empower you to find a more accurate and defined version of yourself. As we discover your core values, I hope you will also discover which aspects of life you want to pursue more, and what you want to do less of.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a non-judgmental space, and offer empathetic and validating responses to honor what you are going through. Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems as my primary therapeutic methods. However, as a multi-oriented clinician, you can expect different responses or feedback from me, depending on what you are seeking in a therapist.

What you can expect from me

My first session with you is where I like to hear your story. I usually have some specific questions around where you grew up, who has been in your life, what major moments have been defining, and when you noticed big changes occurring.

For couples, my goal is to help unite and restore what may have been unnoticed or not communicated about.
