I am a former teacher who attained my Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University in 2002. Having worked in two county Mental Health Clinics, I began a private practice in 2016 and enjoy working part-time with a varried client population. I prefer to work individually with adults both in person and online.

My approach to therapy

I have been in private practice for six years. My approach in assisting clients can be summed up as "whatever works". My goals with clients is to identify their strengths and work with them to improve areas of their lives which are problemmatic.
