Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Founder of Aurelius Mental Health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma-related symptoms, stress, burnout, mood instability, and life transitions.

Many of my clients come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, unfocused, emotionally reactive, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or struggling with sleep, motivation, and daily functioning.

My approach is calm, collaborative, structured, and solution-focused. I combine psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to help clients gain clarity, stability, focus, and emotional balance.

I believe treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, mentally clear, and confident in your daily life.

Mind. Medicine. Meaningful Change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I begin by taking time to understand your symptoms, history, current stressors, treatment goals, and how your mental health is affecting your daily life.

I provide evidence-based medication management while also incorporating supportive therapy, psychoeducation, coping strategies, and practical problem-solving. I focus on helping clients better understand their symptoms, make informed treatment decisions, and build a realistic plan for improvement.

My care is structured but compassionate. I value diagnostic clarity, medication safety, education, and long-term stability. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including professionals, students, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, mood concerns, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

The goal is not only symptom reduction, but also improved functioning, sleep, emotional resilience, focus, confidence, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will review your symptoms, mental health history, medical history, current medications, family history, stressors, sleep, mood, focus, trauma history when relevant, safety concerns, and treatment goals.

Together, we will work toward understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms and what treatment options may be appropriate. When medication is clinically indicated, we will discuss potential benefits, risks, side effects, alternatives, and expectations.

Clients can expect a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is for you to leave the first session with greater clarity, a better understanding of your symptoms, and a personalized treatment plan that supports your goals.
