Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I recently earned my LCSW. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Social Work Degree, reflecting my commitment to continued growth and staying current in my field. I am certified by the state of Missouri as a Co-Occurring professional serving people with both substance use and mental health challenges.

I have spent most of my adult life helping others on their journey - regardless of the types of challenges they may face. I believe wellness is whole-person based and, as such, I offer a variety of approaches, working collaboratively to find what works best for you.

My approach to therapy

I practice a person-centered, solution-focused approach to wellness. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and we will work together on your journey.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session so you can be sure it is a good fit for you. We will explore what brought you in and what your goals are and find the path that is right for you. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and comfortable environment that allows you to feel safe while allowing yourself to be open. My job is to be your partner in making your goals a reality.
