As a psychiatric provider, my practice is grounded in psychiatric expertise, clear communication, treatment goal and collaborative care. My clients will be aware of what to expect during their treatment, a mutual respect is expected as we work together to approve clients’ symptoms that will lead to improve recovery, mental and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is holistic, evidence-based, and highly collaborative.

-Comprehensive assessment-including current symptoms, past medical history, genetic, lifestyle stressors, trauma.

-Share decision making: addressing Patient-Centered Care includes working with client/patients to understand their mental health concerns, discussed psychiatric treatment, medication management, risks and benefit and other options available.

Evaluation: Monitor patients progress and work with patient to adjust treatment plan to achieve clinical goal.
