Great to meet you!

I became a mental health provider because good mental health and well-being are important to me, it is the foundation that allows us to be the best person that we can be. I am a LCSW and have experience supporting patients from the ages of 12 and up. I’m trained in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, and grief and loss. In addition, I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA community. I have specialized training in ACT, DBT, CBT.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person is unique and different and as such I tailor therapy according to their needs. My therapeutic style is to make you feel supportive and heard and to gently push you to see new possibilities.
