Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been serving individuals, couples and families in South Florida for over 20 years. I am a graduate of Trinity International University and St. Thomas University. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are and begin to explore what healing can look like for you.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique story and goals, helping clients build emotional awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and work through past or present struggles. Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating relational pain, or feeling stuck, I focus on empowering you to move toward greater clarity, balance, and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

Clients often walk away with a deeper sense of self, renewed hope, and tools they can use long after therapy ends. You can expect to feel heard, supported, and guided as we work together to reduce emotional distress, improve how you relate to yourself and others, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
