Great to meet you!

My path to psychiatric care is a little different from most. I spent over a decade as an Obstetrics Nurse before transitioning into psychiatric mental health — and that background deeply shapes how I show up for my clients. I understand the weight of life transitions, the complexity of the mind-body connection, and the importance of feeling truly supported. Now, as a PMHNP, I bring that same compassionate, whole-person perspective to mental health care.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen and heard. My nursing roots taught me to care for the whole person — not just symptoms — and that philosophy guides everything I do. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach, working with you to understand what you're experiencing and building a care plan that fits your life, your goals, and your values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, conversational first meeting — no pressure, no judgment. I'll take time to learn about your history, your challenges, and what brought you here. By the end of our session, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, informed, and hopeful about what's ahead. We'll take it at your pace.
