I’ve been working with the youth and adult population for the past 10 years. I’ve worked as a competitive coach, psychology teacher, case manager mental health assessor and as a therapist. I truly believe in meeting the client where they’re at, and deciding how to determine treatment goals together.
I like to provide an environment for clients to express themselves. I ask questions that challenge clients to talk about their strengths and abilities. I’d like to take an assessment style approach. I’ve had the opportunity to help people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, sexual addictions and anger.
I like to develop the treatment plan during the first session. Clients can expect to have completed some entry-level mental health assessments before their first session. Clients can expect to have tasks or homework assignment’s or goals to complete in between sessions.
