Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I love this work and feel grateful to support people through both challenges and growth. I focus on building a trusting, down-to-earth relationship where you feel safe, respected, and encouraged to speak up for what you need. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and increasing access to care, and I’m committed to helping you gain clarity, feel more like yourself, and take manageable steps toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, autistic individuals, incarcerated individuals, first responders, and people navigating anxiety and depression. Together, we’ll find an approach that fits you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what you’re going through right now. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, and what you’d like to be different, and use that to start shaping a plan that feels supportive and realistic. My aim is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about our work together.
