Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked with children and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and some substance use, also at a psychiatrist hospital and with youth in the juvenile system. I’m a first-generation Nigerian American and the creative “black sheep” of my family. I bring empathy, authenticity, and individuality into my therapy practice, helping clients heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practices. I believe healing is a personal journey, so I tailor our work to your unique needs, whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, or seeking personal growth. I see therapy as a partnership, where I walk alongside you, offering guidance and tools to help you feel whole and confident as we work to build your strength and a deeper sense of self.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to gain greater self-understanding and empowerment. I’ll help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel lost, while developing coping strategies that last. Clients often leave feeling heard, validated, and equipped with tools to handle life’s challenges. Whether working through trauma or seeking growth, you'll feel supported and confident, knowing you don't have to face your journey alone. I’m here to walk with you toward healing and wholeness.
