Great to meet you!

Have you ever reached a point in life where you barely recognize the woman you've become? Maybe you are navigating a difficult relationship, going through a divorce, starting over, or realizing you have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you have lost sight of yourself.

You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. With 17 years of experience, I offer a supportive, honest, and judgment-free space where women can explore their experiences, rebuild their confidence, and reconnect with who they are and who they want to become.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. Together, we will work toward helping relationships, stronger boundaries, greater self-worth, and a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not an interrogation or a place where someone simply listens without offering guidance. My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and sometimes direct. I will listen without judgment, but I will also help you recognize patterns, challenge beliefs that may be holding you back, and discover strengths you may have forgotten you have.

Whether you are navigating a difficult relationship, rebuilding after a major life change, or learning to put yourself first, we will work together to develop practical strategies that fit your life. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based therapy, while recognizing that no two people have the same experiences or needs.

My goal isn't to tell you who you should be. It is to help you feel confident becoming who you want to become.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you - not just the challenges you are facing, but the person behind them. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to change in your life.

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there is no pressure to share more than you're ready to discuss.

I want you to leave our first conversation feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about what's possible. Together, we will begin identifying meaningful goals and taking steps toward greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
