I specialize in the support of individuals affected by developmental and traumatic childhood experiences, Additionally, I offer guidance in the areas of anxiety and depression, ADHD symptoms, parenthood and divorce, grief and loss, and addiction recovery. I've earned advanced degrees in psychology and education. My personal journey has given me a unique ability to empathize with my clients and provide them with insightful support. (I am not seeing children or couples at this time).

I utilize an eclectic therapy approach, blending evidence-based techniques like CBT, incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, psychodynamic, narrative, and solution-focused methods. My client-focused style incorporates holistic perspectives, respecting both traditional and nontraditional spiritual beliefs. I prioritize healing past emotional wounds and empowering clients to apply newly acquired skills, unique abilities, and newfound insights for ongoing personal growth toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
