Great to meet you!

Counseling is my second career as I spent well-over a decade working on an ambulance in EMS. I am passionate about showing up for people on their toughest days and helping support them through the inevitable challenges that life brings. No one should have to go through hard things alone. I particularly enjoy working with first responders, healthcare workers, veterans and teens as I have a great deal of care and comfort working with these individuals.

My approach to therapy

My number one priority is to provide an environment of comfort and safety where a client can feel heard, seen and supported. It is also very important that I help empower my clients to take an active role in creating the life they want and learning how to navigate life's inevitable stressors. Many people say that therapy just isn't for them, so it is important to me to make the experience work for them. I have an eclectic counseling style, pulling from a variety of evidence-based methods.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to send you home from each session with something practical that will positively impact your life or situation. It is important to me that you leave feeling lighter and more empowered to handle whatever you are experiencing.
