Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or trying to understand why certain emotions and patterns keep repeating in your life, you’re not alone. You might find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, struggling with anxiety, or noticing patterns in relationships that you wish you understood better.

Many people come to therapy because something in their life doesn’t feel quite right, even if they can’t fully explain why yet. Therapy can be a space to slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and begin making sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

My goal is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable opening up and exploring your experiences without fear of judgment. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can speak honestly about what they’re going through and begin to better understand themselves.

I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, challenges with self-confidence, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be shaping how you see yourself and interact with the world.

My approach focuses on helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and practical tools so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe slowing down and exploring what’s happening internally.

Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through their emotions or feeling like they need to “figure everything out” on their own. In therapy, we take the time to understand your emotional experiences, your reactions, and the patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, relationships, and behaviors.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with mindfulness and mind-body awareness to help clients better understand both their emotions and their nervous system responses. Together we may explore how past experiences, stress, or life transitions impact the way you feel and respond today.

My goal is not just to help you cope with challenges, but to help you gain insight into yourself so that you can respond to life with greater self-understanding and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy.

We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing recently, any concerns or challenges that feel important to you, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Many people begin therapy simply knowing that they want things to feel different.

My goal during the first session is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can speak openly and begin exploring what’s going on in your life.

We’ll also discuss your goals for therapy and start identifying ways we can work together to help you better understand your emotions, patterns, and experiences. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer idea of how therapy can support you moving forward.
