Great to meet you!

Hi there—I’m so glad you’re here. Life has thrown me my share of curveballs: childhood trauma, family struggles with addiction, deep losses, and the constant upheaval of moves and changing homes. Those experiences taught me what it feels like to question your worth—and how powerful it is to reclaim it.

Since 2022, I’ve been walking alongside people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to make sense of being human in a complicated world. As an EMDR-certified and EFT-trained therapist, I love helping clients uncover the roots of their pain and build the skills to heal and thrive. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and always centered on you—your story, your goals, your pace.

I work with teens and adults specializing in complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma related mental health issues. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about what therapy might offer, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want—with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow—at your own pace and in your own way. Whether you're facing long-standing challenges or new transitions, I’m here to support you in making meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, you and I will work together to define what healing and progress look like for you. These goals are personal and flexible, and they often evolve as therapy unfolds. Some common outcomes my clients aim for include:

  • Reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
  • Reprocessing traumatic memories so they no longer feel intrusive or distressing utilzing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Feeling more emotionally regulated and connected to your body
  • Strengthening your sense of self, identifying your values, and increasing your resilience
  • Building skills to navigate conflict and strengthen and maintain better boundaries.
