Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families in New York City and now New Jersey. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that each of us holds the inner resources to navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in helping women quiet the inner critic, release perfectionism, and cultivate greater self-compassion and personal power. I assist blended family parents in navigating the complexities of co-parenting with clarity and care. I support parents in strengthening their connection with their children through practical, heart-centered strategies. I also guide adolescents in building self-esteem, improving relationships, and stepping into their full potential.

My role is to walk alongside you—to help you uncover, strengthen, and apply the tools within you so you can face challenges with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Ready to begin? Please feel free to call or email—I look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, client-centered, and strengths-based approach to meet each person where they are. My work is holistic and collaborative, helping clients shift unhelpful patterns, build self-awareness, and heal through compassionate, embodied support.

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic practices, Expressive Arts, Feminist, Humanistic, and Multicultural frameworks.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we work to build self-awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and strengthen the tools they already have to navigate life’s challenges. My hope is that clients gain not only insight, but also practical strategies and a renewed sense of confidence, self-compassion, and clarity as they move toward their goals.
