Great to meet you!

Are you on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement? Or perhaps it has come to your attention that you are repeating patterns in your life that don't serve you anymore. In your work with me, I will teach you a variety of tools to use for finding the best version of yourself. I can help you understand complex emotions like shame, guilt, hopelessness, and lack of purpose. I will also help you look at deep-set core beliefs, how they may hinder you, and help you to learn how to change them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I blend my approach to fit each client's unique needs. My work is based off of Mindfulness-based CBT. In addition, I also help clients to recognize reactive moods and behaviors and what it looks and feels like to find your center and to live your life from this more responsive place. I also enjoy addressing spiritual and religious concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

You are seeking help for a reason. Personal change and growth is often closer than you think, created through intentional mindset shifts. We all help each other out and the journey of self-discovery is not one done in isolation. Trust your intuition. Call/email me today to find out if I am a good match for you.
