My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping adults overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma. Through individual therapy, I offer support and guidance as you navigate the ups and downs of both personal and professional life. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and blends clinical expertise with a down-to-earth style. I take an active and practical approach that focuses on what truly works, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is one of the most meaningful ways we can care for ourselves, but it doesn’t look the same for everyone. It should adapt to your unique needs and circumstances. Sometimes it’s short-term and goal-oriented, offering support and clarity right when you need it. Other times, it’s a deeper process that unfolds over time, helping you work through long-standing patterns and challenges. Whatever your path looks like, there is space for both kinds of healing.
