Great to meet you!

I specialize in curating mental and emotional safe spaces for people of color (POC). I specialize in curating these safe spaces for high achieving black men & women who are victims/survivors of toxic work spaces.

Everyone deserves a place where they feel understood, valued, and supported, especially in environments that may not always be conducive to their well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices and emotional intelligence training.

In addition to my work with individuals, I also collaborate with organizations to create more inclusive and supportive workplace cultures. This involves conducting workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and helping to implement policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What you can expect from me

In these curated safe spaces you can expect support, guidance, and tools to help you work through challenges, gain insights into your thoughts and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in your life that are in your control. This is a safe space for self-exploration, emotional processing, and personal growth.
