Great to meet you!

I help women and couples improve communication, strengthen relationships, and break unhealthy patterns. My approach is supportive, culturally informed, and focused on creating meaningful change. I specialize in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a compassionate and direct approach to therapy. I believe in helping clients not only process their experiences but also develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.

I am especially committed to supporting African American individuals and families, with an understanding of the cultural, relational, and generational factors that shape our experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to explore your concerns, relationship dynamics, and personal goals. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your experiences. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss areas for growth. We will begin creating a plan to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
