Great to meet you!

Starting therapy takes courage, and I want you to know that you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, anxious, discouraged, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. Wherever you are in your process, my goal is to meet you there with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, substance use, eating concerns, stress, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and major life transitions. I believe that healing is not about becoming a different person. It is about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your patterns, and building the tools to move through life with more confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, encouraged, and gently challenged when needed. I bring both compassion and practical guidance to therapy, helping you better understand what is keeping you stuck while also creating realistic steps toward change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and personalized to you. I do not believe therapy should feel cold, clinical, or one-size-fits-all. Instead, I work with you to understand your story, your strengths, your relationships, and the patterns that may be making life feel harder than it needs to be.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment-Based Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and the Gottman Method for couples work.

This means we may focus on building coping skills, challenging anxious or negative thoughts, processing past experiences, improving communication, strengthening boundaries, reducing avoidance, healing from trauma, or creating healthier patterns in your relationships. I will always tailor our work to your needs, goals, and pace.

My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can exhale, feel understood, and begin to see a way forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more supported, more grounded, and more equipped to handle what life is asking of them. Together, we will work toward helping you understand yourself more deeply, respond to difficult emotions with greater confidence, and build meaningful changes that last beyond the therapy room.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or pressure. It is about creating space for honesty, healing, growth, and momentum. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, grief, relationship struggles, substance use, eating concerns, ADHD, or stress, we will focus on helping you feel less alone and more capable of moving forward.

You deserve support that feels safe, human, and useful. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take that next step.
