My foundation is in clinical social work and trauma counseling. I use this to help my clients build awareness of environmental stressors that may be impacting their overall functioning. I utilize an integrative model that allows for a flexible, unique, and individualized therapeutic experience.
My goal is to empower individuals, help them regain their confidence, and overcome obstacles that are placed in front of them.
