Great to meet you!

Along life’s journey, we encounter moments and relationships that shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. In therapy, we will explore what may be holding you back—whether rooted in childhood experiences, relationships, moments of crisis, or persistent patterns of thought and feeling.

I bring over 8 years of experience working with adults, children, and families facing crisis, trauma, and life transitions. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent more than 12 years in higher education, where I supported students as they explored identity, purpose, and major life changes. I also have significant experience working with individuals and families in the special needs community, and I approach each client with deep respect for their unique challenges and strengths.

I work with adults, teens, and children, and bring experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating complex family systems, special needs, and trauma. Whether you or your child are moving through grief, a difficult transition, or the weight of ongoing fear or hopelessness, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll work to uncover paths that help you better understand your strengths and struggles so you can navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, or difficulties in relationships. My goal is to empower you to grow beyond the hurts and challenges you’ve been carrying and to support you in developing more compassionate, connected ways of relating to yourself and those around you.

What you can expect from me

As a psychodynamic and attachment-based therapist, I help clients explore how early relational experiences and unconscious patterns influence their current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Through a supportive and attuned therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.
