Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are--without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have anything already figured out. I have been a Social Worker for over a decade

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I take time to understand your experiences, goals, strengths, and what you need from therapy. Together we can identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and work toward creating a life that feels balanced, fulfilling and worth living.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, parenting, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of every day life.

I also specialize in working with First Responders and their families, who may face unique challenges related to the demands, stress, and experience that come with the profession and lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, you simply need a place to slow down, process what you're experiencing, and have someone in your corner.

Taking the first step can feel uncomfortable, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to be part of that process.
