I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in GA, FL, WA, TX and PA. Finding a balance with work, relationships, self-care and managing everyday life can be challenging. Counseling is the perfect tool to help gain perspective of the challenges we face. I am here to support you in that process. I have experience in helping clients with managing stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work related stressors, adjustment concerns, self esteem issues and aging.

I utilize an integrative approach that is tailored to the Client's specific needs and draws from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness.
