Great to meet you!

I provide individual therapy for adults, teens, and athletes seeking more confidence, clarity, and steadiness in their lives and relationships. My approach blends evidence-based care with warmth, authenticity, and practical tools to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I support adults processing trauma, navigating life transitions, and managing relationship stress and chronic overwhelm. With teens, I focus on strengthening self-esteem, coping with academic and social pressures, and building a strong sense of identity—while also helping parents improve communication and connection at home.

As a former Division I athlete and All-American triathlete, I understand the unique pressures of high-level performance. I work with current and former athletes facing performance anxiety, injury, identity shifts, and transitions beyond sport.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy staying active, cooking and baking, and spending time with loved ones (and my two cats).

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel personal and supportive, not one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to fit your unique story and goals. I combine personal experience and professional expertise to provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root. My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. I see therapy as a collaborative process focused on uncovering your strengths, navigating challenges, and building practical tools for lasting personal growth and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. I’ll outline the therapy process and create a personalized plan to support your healing and growth, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported from the start. I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and empowered. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
