My passion is working with adult women through every stage of life. Moms with littles, managing relationships well, disordered eating, self-image, trauma, anxiety, sexual assault healing, and EMDR. I’d be honored to help you navigate the challenges and find the unexpected joys and strengths.
I use a person-centered approach and work from an attachment lens. I am trained in EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
