Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am taking new patients. I graduated from Northern Kentucky University as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Before that, I was an RN in a community mental health setting. The population in community mental health is the lowest functioning with the most co-morbidities and the highest need individuals.

My approach to therapy

I believe the mind and body are connected, and my approach to psychiatric care is to treat your symptoms without over-medicating. I use an integrative approach to combine nutrition, supplements, and medications to reach remission of your mental health disorder and improve your quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Whether it is PTSD from a traumatic childhood, depression, or anxiety from current stressors, not working through those issues makes you feel stuck and unable to move forward with your life. Medicine is an adjunct to therapy and assists you in addressing the core issues. The goal of treatment is to assist in making this process easier for you to become the best version of yourself.
